Delivery & COD
Orders ship in 24–48 hours; most Indian PIN codes receive them in 3–5 working days. COD needs a 30% online advance; the balance is paid in cash to the courier.

Yes. Every Nayanva frame ships with single-vision prescription or zero-power clear lenses included in the price. You can upgrade to a blue-light filter (+₹500) or progressive lenses during checkout.
COD orders require a 30% online advance paid at checkout via PayU. The remaining 70% is paid in cash when your frames are delivered.
Orders ship within 24–48 hours and reach most Indian PIN codes in 3–5 working days. Prescription orders add 1 working day for lens fitting.
Yes — submit it with your order or email it within 24 hours. We keep your prescription on file for future orders.
Unused frames can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Damaged-in-transit parcels receive a full replacement or a complete refund.
