Free, insured shipping on every order — eyeglasses under ₹500 or premium, same rules. Dispatch within 24–48 working hours after payment or COD advance confirmation; delivery in 3–5 working days across India (metro cities usually 2–3).

Cash on delivery

COD is available on all orders: pay a 30% advance online at checkout (PayU secure gateway) and the remaining 70% in cash when the courier hands over your parcel.

Returns & exchange

• 7-day exchange — unused, unworn frames can be exchanged for size or style; pick any other frame of equal value.
• Damaged in transit? Send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours — we ship a free replacement or issue a 100% refund.
• Wrong power fitted? Re-check against your prescription and re-fit lenses free of cost.

How to start a return

Reply to your order-confirmation email or WhatsApp +91 87554 91511 with your order number. We arrange a reverse pickup where available, or guide you to the nearest courier point.
