Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include the listed lenses. Prices and availability can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

COD advance

Cash-on-delivery orders require a non-refundable-in-case-of-return-transit-costs 30% advance collected online via PayU at the time of order confirmation. The balance 70% is payable in cash on delivery.

Prescriptions & lens accuracy

Lenses are fitted strictly to the power values you provide. Nayanva is not responsible for errors in the prescription data entered by the customer; however, if we fit a lens different from your submitted prescription, we re-fit free of cost.

Intellectual property

All content, imagery and design on nayanva.com belong to Nayanva. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Returns

Returns and exchanges follow our Shipping & Returns policy — 7-day exchange on unused frames and full refund for damaged parcels.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
